If your item doesn't work for you, You can make a refund request through our Customer Service Department, provided that you return the product to the address that we specify within 30 days from your purchase date. This applies only to items in their original packaging. Misused, damaged or broken products will not be refunded.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns are not accepted past 30 days unless approved by a staff member.
